A little about me...

Hi, I’m Michael Essilfie , a passionate User Experience Designer and Senior Associate at JPMorgan Chase & Co. I specialize in crafting user-centered digital solutions that are both intuitive and impactful.

With over four years of experience in product design, I’ve led projects across fintech, education, and enterprise platforms, most notably at Hubtel, where I designed the RaiseUp Schools Platform, positively impacting over 468,000 students and 1,450 schools across Ghana.

My journey from Accra to the U.S. has been shaped by resilience, creativity, and a relentless commitment to growth. As an immigrant and designer, I bring a unique perspective that blends global sensitivity with deep technical and human-centered design skills.

At JPMorgan Chase, I help shape digital experiences at scale, working across teams to deliver secure, seamless, and accessible financial tools for millions of users. I believe great design solves problems, builds trust, and ultimately makes life easier.
